Under the terms of the transaction, MKH has acquired a controlling stake in Aura Labs whose portfolio contains a variety of health and wellness applications, including three products that ranked within the Top 200 on the Apple App Store.
The acquisition provides MKH with an established portfolio of consumer technology products and early-stage AI infrastructure while creating a path for the continued development, commercialization, and expansion of Aura Labs’ portfolio under new ownership.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
