Reliance Matrix, a leading provider of employee benefits, absence management and workforce productivity solutions, today announced that Epson Tour professionals Kim Kaufman and Annabelle Pancake-Webb have joined the company’s growing family of Brand Ambassadors. These partnerships reinforce Reliance Matrix’s ongoing commitment to supporting access and pay equity across women’s professional golf and highlighting the values of perseverance, integrity and community engagement.
As a National Opportunity Partner of the Epson Tour, Reliance Matrix has invested in initiatives that help foster opportunities for aspiring LPGA professionals while supporting programs that make a lasting impact in local communities. The addition of Kaufman and Pancake-Webb expands the company’s growing roster of athletes who embody the Reliance Matrix brand both through their athletic achievements and their dedication to serving others.
“At Reliance Matrix, we believe success is built on resilience, character and a commitment to lifting others up,” said Chris Fazzini, President & CEO. “Kim and Annabelle represent those values every day. Their determination, professionalism and passion for giving back make them outstanding ambassadors for our company and our culture, and we are thrilled to welcome them to the Reliance Matrix family.”
As Brand Ambassadors, Kaufman and Pancake-Webb will represent Reliance Matrix throughout Epson Tour competition and participate in selected company events, community programs, youth golf initiatives and marketing activities designed to celebrate perseverance, achievement and opportunity.
“Kim and Annabelle exemplify everything we hope to see in our players — resilience, character, and a genuine desire to give back,” said Jody Brothers, General Manager of the Epson Tour. “Reliance Matrix’s continued investment in our athletes and communities reflects a shared commitment to opportunity and impact, and we’re grateful for their partnership in helping these two outstanding professionals grow their platforms both on and off the course.”
Kim Kaufman
A veteran professional golfer with multiple victories and more than a decade of experience competing at the highest levels of women’s golf, Kaufman has inspired fans and fellow competitors with her courageous return to competition after battling breast cancer. Her openness about her journey has helped raise awareness about the importance of preventive health screenings and has made her a respected advocate for women’s health across the golf community.
“Reliance Matrix has demonstrated a genuine commitment to the athletes and communities that make the Epson Tour special,” said Kim Kaufman. “I’m honored to partner with an organization that values perseverance, wellness and giving back, and I’m excited to represent Reliance Matrix both on and off the course.”
Annabelle Pancake-Webb
Pancake-Webb emerged as one of the Epson Tour’s brightest young stars following a standout collegiate career at Clemson University, where she earned All-American honors and helped lead the Tigers to major program milestones. In July, she captured her first Epson Tour victory at the Greater Toledo Classic. Equally impressive is her dedication to mentoring young athletes and supporting charitable causes, including youth-focused golf initiatives that align closely with Reliance Matrix’s community mission.
“It’s an honor to join the Reliance Matrix team,” said Annabelle Pancake-Webb. “One of the things that stood out to me about Reliance Matrix is its focus on people and purpose. I look forward to helping inspire the next generation of golfers and supporting initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for young athletes.”
